Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Additional Requirements

• Age At least 27 years

• 6–7 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development, preferably in real estate, e-commerce, PropTech, or digital product companies.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js (Express/NestJS), PHP (Laravel), or Python (Django/FastAPI).
• Strong experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience integrating platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Maps, payment gateways, and marketing analytics tools.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Strapi, Sanity) or WordPress.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, caching strategies, and CDN implementation.  
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Experience implementing AI-powered features such as intelligent property recommendations, chatbots, or personalized search will be an added advantage.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to lead the development, optimization, and continuous enhancement of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will build high-performance, secure, and scalable web solutions that drive lead generation, improve customer experience, and support the company’s digital growth initiatives across residential, commercial, and marketplace businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Build and optimize real estate-specific features including property listings, advanced search & filtering, project pages, virtual tours, mortgage calculators, booking forms, and CRM integrations.
• Ensure exceptional website performance by improving Core Web Vitals, page speed, SEO, accessibility, and overall user experience across desktop and mobile.
• Develop secure APIs and integrate third-party platforms including CRM, payment gateways, marketing automation, analytics, maps, chatbots, and ERP systems.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, UI/UX, Sales, and Product teams to launch new landing pages, digital campaigns, and conversion-focused features.
• Implement robust security standards, perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high uptime and scalability.
• Manage deployment pipelines, version control, cloud infrastructure, and documentation while following best practices in software development.
